With Pickett’s relocation to Avatar’s downtown studio, the region’s largest full-service video facility just got even larger.
Avatar is pleased to announce a strategic alliance with local video animation and graphics specialists Pickett Productions. The two companies will share Avatar's spacious downtown studio, making the largest full-service video facility in the region even larger. “The goal of this move is to increase capabilities and enhance the services each company offers the clients,” said Avatar President Bill Faris. The principals and staff of both Avatar and Pickett Productions have a long and rich history in the St. Louis marketing community, working with many of the area’s top advertising agencies and corporations.
Pickett Productions was formed in 1991 to offer clients high quality computer graphics and animation. The company is led by owner and president, Jeff Pickett, who has worked as a graphic designer, animator and creative director at video facilities in Chicago, Nashville and St. Louis. Pickett’s award winning staff has experience in 2D and 3D design and animation, motion graphics, 3D illustration and visual effects. Their major clients include Franklin Templeton, Anheuser-Busch, Carlson Wagonlit, AT&T, Reliv and Creative Kingdoms.
”With our experience in animation and Avatar’s outstanding production and post-production capabilities we can attract projects that require a higher level of creative services with the convenience to our clients of being under one roof” said Pickett.
The two award winning companies combine to offer a complete range of services ideally suited to agencies and corporations that demand high quality creative media services.
“I am very excited about this strategic partnership,” said Faris. “I feel it will enhance our customers’ experience with Avatar, it will grow the creative collaboration in our halls and it will grow creative options in the market.”
