Soundstage

Avatar Studios sports a 2,800 + square foot soundstage, with a lighting grid that sits 18' off the studio floor and a TC Express Programmable Lighting Control System. Need power at "floor level" there are two breakout panels that are 3 phase at 100 amps per phase. Attached to the studio is an 80 sq. ft. "fully equipped" food-prep kitchen, with warehouse access and scene shop capabilities to address all your studio and location needs.

The soundstage has a full roster of Mole-Richardson Lighting, ranging from a "Big Eye" Tener to Mini Moles; and if you need it soft, we will fire up the 8 "Space Lights". On the grip side of the street, the soundstage has plenty of Mafers, Matthelinies, Extenders, C-Stands, Flags, Scrims, and Silks to get the job done.

Need "Green" in-studio or on location? You can choose between a "12'x12'" or a "20'x30'" Green Screen. Still not enough "green", then we paint however much square footage your shoot requires.

Location

Taking the show on the road? Avatar has a fully equipped 3 ton 16' Grip truck w/lift gate, and a camera/audio production van. We can also provide location power with a 3 phase 300 amps per phase self contained generator, location lighting can be warm or cool, HMI's are in the house, and if you need something special, we can get it!

Shooting

We are an all HD house, but if there is another format that is required we can shoot it. 35mm, 16mm, Red, or another format of your choice. If we do not have it, we can get it, and it will all go on our Fisher 11 Dolly, the Jimmy Jib III, on sticks, or hand held, we can shoot it all.

On the ground, under or on the water, and in the air, we can provide for all of your shooting needs.
